After a 4-0 loss to Liverpool it’s clear that Arsene Wenger does not have a working plan for his side this season…again.

First the transfers and now the loss, how bad can it get for Arsenal this season? If it continues this way then Arsenal will be in trouble.

It has hurt every Gunners’ fan to see their squad get beaten 4-0 and, see arguably their best players depart from the Emirates.

Poor financial and team management will see the Gunners in a bigger hole than now. What should be done to stop this?

Change formation:

Part of the reason is that Wenger has not found a working formation. Why not experiment with a 4-3-3. It’s versatile enough that offers defence flexibility as well as quick counter-attacks.

Their current formation lacks structure in defence and provides too many gaps for attackers to exploit. Especially with a possible departure for centre-back Mustafi.

The partnership between Lacazette and Giroud might not be that bad of an idea. With an abundance of pace and aerial threat, this could make a problem for defenders – especially on set pieces.
