The Gary Monk era with Swansea City is over and the club will head into their weekend fixture with Manchester City with long-time coach Alan Curtisat the helm.

But Curtis will just be a placeholder until the Welsh club find a suitable replacement.

With Manchester City determined to win silverware this season, they will likely attack with full force and should earn a convincing victory over the Welsh strugglers.

City will still be without star players such as Sergio Aguero and Vincent Kompany, so Manuel Pelligrini will be relying on his back-ups to step up to the plate and pick up a result after their disappointing loss to Stoke City.
