Round 15 of the 2015/2016 Premier League season is in the books and it was a wild one.
Teams such as Stoke City and AFC Bournemouth upset the odds with victories of Manchester City and Chelsea respectively, but now is the time to focus on the individual players that excelled themselves this weekend.
