Premier League’s All-Time Best XI
By Ben Church
Striker: Thierry Henry
The definition of class… Henry was incredible.
He was so effortless in his brilliance, ghosting past players as if they weren’t there and scoring the most astonishing goals.
He was the pivotal member of the Invincible Arsenal side, the touch of world-class which wowed crowds throughout his 258 games for the club. He was the king of Highbury and even returned after many years away from the club.
He scored 174 times in the Premier League and is the 5th highest goal scorer in the league’s history. All this and 2 league titles, and 3 FA Cups. Arsenal could really do with him now…
