While matches in the Premier League run from August through May every year, transfer rumors from around the world constantly run rampant. Though two transfer windows exist, only the summer window offers each club the chance to evaluate and sign those they deem worthy.

This summer has been one of the busiest to date. At this very moment — not including the possible Raheem Sterling Deal — there have been 59 confirmed transfers into the Premier League. A confirmed transfer being a free transfer, loan or purchase of a player from another club.

With this amount of deals already completed, this summer could be the most expensive and busiest in Premier League history.

Looking more in depth at these transfers, we take a look at some of the best signings of the summer. One thing to also keep in mind when reading this list, the summer is not over. It is more than likely that transfer activity closer to deadline day will certainly upstage almost all the transfers on this list.
