Joining Chelsea during the summer, Diego Costa set the Blues off on their Premier League drive. At a cost of £32 million, Costa came with much anticipation and pressure to perform. He did not disappoint.
Scoring 21 times this season for Chelsea, Costa played a huge role in Chelsea’s Premier League title victory. While Costa was not the sole reason for Chelsea’s great form this season, the Spaniard played a large role in their victories.
If Costa can get healthy and have the same form next season, Chelsea will be the favorites to win the Premier League title again. With a fit Diego Costa, Chelsea could become the next Premier League Dynasty.
