4. Alexis Sánchez

Fifth in the Premier League scoring table, Sánchez has become a household name in the Premier League this season. Joining Arsenal from Barcelona this past summer, Sánchez is now the Gunner’s biggest threat.

Sánchez has almost made himself into a one man army for Arsenal. In the one match without Sánchez this season, Arsenal lost to their North London rivals Tottenham. 

His seven assists demonstrates his play-making ability. Being near the top in almost every goal scoring category, the Chilean international has become one of the Premier League’s top players. 

Should he have joined a more talented squad than Arsenal, there would be no reason why Sánchez would not be the best Premier League player this season.
