One of many Belgians on the Chelsea roster, Courtois has taken over as the Blues number one. The 32-year old Peter Cech was seen as an unstoppable force at Chelsea, having been the number one since his arrival prior to the 2004-05 season.

At only 22-years of age, Courtois constantly shows maturity beyond his age. Tied for sixth in the Premier League with seven shutouts, Courtois has proven that he is quickly becoming one of –if not the — best goalkeepers in the Premier League.

He played every minute of Belgium’s World Cup qualifying campaign as well as starting in all five of their matches at this past Summer’s World Cup.

Courtois has the potential to not only lead Chelsea to their first Premier League title since the 2009-10 season, but to also become one of the Premier League’s greatest goalkeepers of all-time.
