La Furia Roja’s tiki-taka football is coming to an end, but the Spanish refuse to believe it so. They will be entering the World Cup following the same blueprints that won them the 2010 World Cup and the 2012 Euros, only to find out this year that it no longer works. Spain will reflect on recent memory and realize that they are officially entering the transition period. As depressing as it sounds, Spain must let go of the style of football they dearly loved and move on to a new identity.
