Luis Diaz comes in as a very strong pick at one of the most crucial price points in FPL this season. Diaz came in mid-season but made the left-wing position his own with some electric displays.
Despite coming to a new team and a new league without a pre-season, Diaz was racking up an xGI of 0.59 per 90. He had 4.9 points per match.
Now, with Mane gone and a full pre-season under his belt, it’s not unrealistic to expect Diaz to kick on and have a monster season.
There’s also a whole host of fantastic midfield options at this price point of 8.0m and thus, having a pick at this price gives the additional benefit of being able to jump onto any emerging option at this price if need be.
