Heung-Min Son (Tottenham) – £10.1m

Son has already had 3 double-digit hauls of his own, despite Spurs’ somewhat difficult run of opening games. However, you only need to have a glance at FPL’s FDR to notice that Spurs have some of the easiest long-term fixtures of all teams.

This is the reason that we will be selecting Son as a long-term pick on the wildcard. With Harry Kane failing to register a single goal or assist this season, it is evident that Son appears to be the new main man at Spurs.

Another thing to add is that Spurs don’t tend to score many goals, but when they do, Son is almost always involved. This is a key reason that Son is amongst the bonus points every time he scores, which is great news for owners.
