Differential #1 – Allan Saint-Maximin (Newcastle) – 7.2%

With Callum Wilson a major injury doubt, it is Saint-Maximin’s time to step up for Newcastle again this week and lead the front line. He was particularly a threat on the counter-attack against Manchester United last week and ultimately got himself an assist in the 4-1 defeat of Ronaldo’s homecoming match.

He registered 3 shots and created 4 chances for Newcastle in this game, which was a very decent effort at Old Trafford. However, your attention should be turned to this week – where a punctured Leeds United travel to St James’ Park for an early Friday night kickoff.

Leeds are currently having some major personnel issues in defence- as they will be missing 3 of their centre-backs this week. With Llorente and Koch, both injured, and Struijk suspended, Bielsa will need to create a makeshift defence which will likely involve shifting Ayling to centre-back.

As we saw in GW4 against Liverpool, Leeds left themselves very open on the counter-attack. If they take the same approach this week – which is very likely under Bielsa’s style – then Saint-Maximin will be allowed to cause some significant damage on the counter.

Leeds have already conceded 11 goals this season, and it is expected that Newcastle will add to that this week – especially with the spark of Saint-Maximin.
