3. Dwight McNeil – Burnley

Possibly the most attainable name on the list, McNeil suits Rodgers’ desire for a predominantly left-footed winger that can cut in off the right.

The England U21 international possesses a ball-carrying ability and a cultured style of play which is far from synonymous with his current employers.

A move for the winger could prove attractive for Leicester due to the player’s wealth of experience in the Premier League, making a mind-boggling 98 appearances at the tender age of just 21 years old.

Furthermore, Burnley are used to working with tight margins in relation to finances and although manager, Sean Dyche, will be keen for his star man to remain in the North-West, an offer of around £20million is thought to be enough to secure McNeil’s services.
