Player to target: Harvey Barnes

Before his season-ending injury last year, Harvey Barnes was one of Leicester Citys best performers in the league having 12 goal involvements at a price of 7.0m.

After fully recovering from the injury setback, Barnes has started this season very well having 0.32 xG from his shots on target at the time of writing this, which is really amazing for a 7.0m FPL asset.

Player to Avoid: Daniel Amartey

Daniel Amartey has started the first two games of the season. He is priced @ 4.0m and is in a lot of EPL managers’ squads.

However, with the new summer signing Jannik Vestergaard expected to be up to speed by the Norwich City encounter, Amartey is anticipated to be dropped to accommodate the new Danish center-back – this is why he is one to avoid.
