Player to Target: Michail Antonio

Michail Antonio had the highest xGi (expected goal involvement ) among all players in Gameweek1 and despite missing a penalty he scored one goal, assisted two others and grabbed all three bonus points for a mammoth score of 13 points.

Crystal Palace were absolutely thrashed by Chelsea in Gameweek 1 and with West Ham United starting the season so well I expect Antonio to do well in this one. The Hammers have scored eight goals so far this campaign and are off to a flying start.

Player to Avoid: Vicente Guaita

Crystal Palace are a team firmly in transition and looked very open at the back in both their games. Despite keeping a clean sheet against Brentford they were not watertight and did concede a lot of chances – I don’t expect Crystal Palace to keep a clean sheet in this one. A firm Avoid.
