Kai Havertz (Chelsea) £8.5m

Chelsea have signed forward Romelu Lukaku this transfer window but I don’t think he will be fit to start the opening fixture against Crystal Palace. With Havertz having a full pre-season under him and a chance to play OOP(Out Of Position) in the first week, I think he is a great option for the first week!
