The quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup is done and dusted and the draw for the next round brings us a tasty Manchester treat. Reviewing and previewing the EFL Cup and the Premier League clubs taking part.

After the round of quarters played out, Aston Villa walks away as the best team with a clean sheet and the most goals scored. This after handing a beatdown of 5-0 to Liverpool’s under-23’s a few of nights back.

Following the Villains was the remaining six teams who too didn’t disappoint in their respective encounters. Both Manchester clubs made sure of their wins over minnows, while Everton and Leicester City clashed in the most entertaining encounter of the quadruple of matches played in the round.
