Last Matches: W 2-1 at. Brighton & W on PENS vs. Watford (in MK)

Next Week: SAT at. Huddersfield & WED vs. Barcelona

The top five starts with Spurs and for good reason. They haven’t been convincing over the past few weeks. Tottenham struggled a little against Brighton and barely got to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup in Milton Keynes. Luckily, a match against Huddersfield should be a chance for Spurs to open the doors of their offense before they play Barcelona at Wembley.

Last Matches: D 0-0 at. West Ham & W 2-1 at. Liverpool

Next Week: SAT vs. Liverpool  & THU vs. Videoton

Chelsea does drop two spots for the reason of not beating West Ham while Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City all won in matchday six. They still got a massive victory over Liverpool on the road in the Carabao Cup and have the hottest player in all of Europe in Eden Hazard. Part II against Liverpool will be the battle that indicates if Sarri and Chelsea are really, really serious title challengers.

Last Matches: W 2-0 vs. Everton & W 3-1 vs. Brentford

Next Week: SAT vs. Watford & THU at. Qarabag

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette have found the rhythm Arsenal fans want to see out of them. Auba was great last year but Laca staggered at the finish line. They are both playing great and scoring goals for fun in a new Gunner offense worth being excited about. A win against Watford would be the seventh straight for Emery.

Last Matches: W 5-0 at. Cardiff & W 3-0 at. Oxford Utd

Next Week: SAT vs. Brighton & TUE at. Hoffenheim

The champions are still unbeaten in England but that draw to Wolves is still the difference between second and first place in the league. Phil Foden got his first goal for the club against Oxford United and has shown he can be useful in the winter and spring when the schedule kicks into its toughest gear. Still no top clashes yet for Man City.

Last Matches: W 3-0 vs. Southampton & L 1-2 vs. Chelsea

Next Week: SAT at. Chelsea & WED at. Napoli

Liverpool is probably the second best team in Europe just behind Juventus. Ronaldo still has yet to lose a game as a Bianconeri while Liverpool has just the one loss to Chelsea in the least meaningful match of the season thus far. Liverpool have been impressive during this gauntlet and wins against Sarri’s current team and former team will only make them more feared around Europe.
