Missing for a while and nothing like their South American counterparts, Peru will be looking to enjoy their time back on the centre stage.

Will they place as high as their highest ever finish? Not too sure about that. They would need a secret weapon in a manager, to pull off good results in the World Cup.

One or two familiar faces, but familiar for playing in the top leagues in Europe and for being a long time in the game. Even though they haven’t been here for a while, they still stand a good chance of maybe stealing the show.

A possible win for them in their opening fixture, they could collect the points needed. One better than the Aussies, but deemed not good enough to be better than the Danes. Their match like France vs. Australia, takes place the Saturday.
