The team who went head-to-head with some of the best in the 2014 World Cup. An unbeaten run in the group stages of a World Cup Final is nothing short of amazing.

This team made it as far as the quarterfinals in their last World Cup run and can probably match it again. They are the first favourite team to take the other qualifying spot, if Brazil live up to expectation.

They were previously a team not taken seriously, but now are expected to delier at this tournament. Beating the United States twice on route to Russia, gives enough evidence of this.

The Los Ticos have a fully, firing attack. They are quite the entertaining team to watch. Decent in defence and possess a lethal, counter attack. Costa Rica preview was done by Esteban and a guest speaker, who is a die-hard Tico.
